Good Operating is REQUIRED on 147.03/R. A courtesy tone is provided to give people an opportunity to break in. DO NOT talk over it. DO NOT ignore potential breakers. Stop and find out what they want! (Even during a controlled net)…. We sincerely apologize to the several people who tried to get into the repeater for talk-in to the BRATS Hamfest and were unable to do so for about the hour the Orioles Net lasted…..
