FCC’s Riley Hollingsworth to Retire in January 2008

Riley Hollingsworth, Special Counsel in the FCC’s Enforcement Bureau, announced his retirement this week, effective Friday, January 3, 2008. While his successor has not yet been named, Riley was quick to point out that the FCC’s Amateur Radio Enforcement Program will continue.
