- LIBERIA, EL.
- Dickson, EL2DT has been QRV on 20 meters at various times. QSL via WA4TII.
- ISLE OF MAN, GD.
- Bob, MD0CCE has been active on the 14247 kHz net around 2015z.
- EUROPEAN RUSSIA, UA.
- Special event stations R100AK and R100IF are QRV until the end of the year to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the birth of Alexander Kamalagin, UA4IF. QSL both calls via RW4HB.
